About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate focused on growth and demand generation to help fuel our sales pipeline. You’ll own campaigns that attract and nurture prospects, working closely with the sales team to convert marketing leads into opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining creativity with data to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

Design and execute demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships
Create marketing assets (case studies, one-pagers, landing pages) that support sales conversations
Manage paid and organic channels to grow inbound leads
Build and optimise lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the funnel
Track and report on campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing-to-sales conversion rates
Collaborate with sales to align messaging, qualify leads, and improve handoff processes
Research target accounts and industries to support account-based marketing initiatives

What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth (SaaS or retail-tech experience a strong plus)
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create content that drives action
Analytical mindset with ability to measure, report, and improve performance
A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
